I just recently had my prescriptions switch to walmart. On Tuesday came in person to ask when I could pick up my meds and they said today which is Thursday. Just for me to be told I cant get them till tomorrow. I have been taking them for atleast 12 years and never waited that long and its just their policy which is fine but dont tell me I csn get them and give me a mental breakdown due to you arrogance staff on Tuesday. Never fills scripts until patients arrival. I’ve waited 5 days before I’ve picked things up and they still weren’t ready. When you call to try and ensure it’s ready for pickup they tell you they will not put a rush on things unless in the store. They either never have enough staff or the staff they do have just do not care to fill things when they come in. Never experienced this at Tulsa or glenpool so I would suggest the father drive to ensure you get your medication in a timely manner
Was in there the other day picking up a medication and there was a small problem with my insurance and Amber was incredibly helpful with the matter and polite!
Some staffs they know their job but some are very hateful
