Never fills scripts until patients arrival. I’ve waited 5 days before I’ve picked things up and they still weren’t ready. When you call to try and ensure it’s ready for pickup they tell you they will not put a rush on things unless in the store. They either never have enough staff or the staff they do have just do not care to fill things when they come in. Never experienced this at Tulsa or glenpool so I would suggest the father drive to ensure you get your medication in a timely manner
Was in there the other day picking up a medication and there was a small problem with my insurance and Amber was incredibly helpful with the matter and polite!
Some staffs they know their job but some are very hateful
I have had a good interaction with only 1 staff here. I wish I knew her name because the other staff I dealt with were absolutely rude and didn’t want to do their job. The first time I tried to get my son his medicine, it was already a problem with script, which the wonderful lady helped me with. I got it called in and filled and the next woman I talked to was SO hateful. My insurance would not allow me to fill and that just made no sense to me. Have never had any previous issue.
