Very attentive pharmacist
they would rather make U do THEIR job instead of them - constantly giving me the run around. i call for a refill they tell me to wait. i call for an update they tell me to call my doctor. i call my doctor they tell me the pharmacy is supposed to call them. ? have missed multiple doses due to them taking weeks to fill prescriptions that had been requested.
Really need to work on training one particular lady who's been there for at least 2 years yo my knowledge. She won't do half of anything and always makes yo go wait for someone else to do what the other techs do. I have wasted time waiting for her countlessly and in the parking lot as well she had me waiting over an hour for my meds but served people who came after me. Today she didn't ask what soit I was In so I had to stop her on the phone to tell her as evert other space was full.
