I had the best experience at this pharmacy. My doctors had ordered the wrong does of an important medication, just when I thought I was out of luck the pharmacist Andy and tech Kaitlyn came to the rescue! With 45 minutes until close Andy called my doctors office and talked to the on call to get my proper medication prescribed right away. I got the correct medication just in time. I am so grateful! Thank you! 😊
Fastest pharmacy I've ever been to. I changed from Walgreens several years ago, where I had to wait in line for sometimes 30 minutes for a script. At Walmart, they get things done quickly here. The staff is helpful, friendly, and most of all fast. Walmart generally offers the best price, and I have to say it's nice to know that when a script is sent electronically from the doctor, by the time I get to Walmart Pharmacy, they have it in hand and are working it or have filled it. The text reminders are nice, too.
Vivian went above and beyond to help me lower the cost of my prescription using my discount card. One of my medications was over $100, and with a bit of extra effort she was able to bring it down to $70. That kind of help makes a real difference, especially right now. I really appreciate her care and dedication. I also love the app. It makes refilling prescriptions quick and easy, which is incredibly convenient. Thank you for the excellent service.
This Walgreens is TERRIBLE about customer service. Anytime I need help I have to wait 40-60min on hold before anyone answers and the staff is usually rude once they do answer. Go to anywhere besides Walgreens.
