Vivian went above and beyond to help me lower the cost of my prescription using my discount card. One of my medications was over $100, and with a bit of extra effort she was able to bring it down to $70. That kind of help makes a real difference, especially right now. I really appreciate her care and dedication. I also love the app. It makes refilling prescriptions quick and easy, which is incredibly convenient. Thank you for the excellent service.
This Walgreens is TERRIBLE about customer service. Anytime I need help I have to wait 40-60min on hold before anyone answers and the staff is usually rude once they do answer. Go to anywhere besides Walgreens.
This pharmacy has a large staff that is very clearly kept busy at all times, but nevertheless they are polite and mostly friendly. The reason why I deducted stars was because of some pretty big mistakes that keep occurring. The biggest one for me is having to wait *7 days or more* for my prescriptions to be refilled, because new stock hasn't been reordered.
