Coming out of a dental surgery I went through the drive thru to buy ibuprofen that the dentist recommended me to take, I felt a little unwell because of the anesthesia and because of this gauze I have in my mouth, So I went through the drive thru to order this over-the-counter medicine, But the person who attended me told me that they can't sell non-prescription medicines and that I needed to walk in the store to buy ibuprofen, please, It's a damn pharmacy, Why couldn't they sell me a bottle of ibuprofen??????? I’ve been going here for sometime now and never had an issue, they gave me someone else’s prescription and I didn’t bother to check because as a pharmacy it’s policy. Got multiple calls so I went in and took the other persons prescription in. Wasn’t able to get mine whatsoever. Staff wasn’t being very nice, they made me feel like I went and grabbed someone else’s prescription when it was them who handed it to me.
