First time as a costumer and already having to call to check on my prescription and they are still waiting on one.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Rosy, a pharmacy technician who truly went above and beyond to help me recently. I was having trouble affording a medication I really needed, and during what was clearly a very busy time at the pharmacy, Rosy took the time to help me find a discount and made sure I could get it at a price I could manage. The majority of this staff here is pleasant!, but they are led by a manager who must have gotten his License from Trump University ! Completely unethical behavior, child like outbursts, and refusal to refill prescriptions when he is having a bad day! This man should be investigated immediately and put under ethical examination!
Extremely disappointed that ALL the staff goes to lunch at the same time and forces people in pain to wait. Yall should organize your staffing better. This location is one of the only ones in the area to get the prescription my mother needs and we are on our way out of town, now we are being set back and on our trip. Also the staff was not accommodating at all.
