I stood in the queue for 25 minutes at about 3:45pm on a Thursday. No one in front of me. No one at the windows. Three windows were manned and all three workers made eye contact with me but ignored me and pretended to be busy. Not for a minute. For 15 minutes. No customers. No acknowledgement.
