I went to a doctor for an infection and told the doctor I needed a prescription for a medicine that would not interfere with the Warfarin I was on. The idiot "Doctor" and I use that term loosely, gave me a prescription for one that did anyway, and Walmart caught it and did NOT fill it. If I could rate zero stars I would. Been a loyal customer of the pharmacy since this Walmart pharmacy was here 1995. Never had a issue. My wife has steel rods in her back and neck and is disabled and has been on pain medication for at least 15 years and she has been on a very low dose of anxiety medication as 2 of her children have passed away tragically. Very unprofessional. An elderly lady was in an accident in the parking lot, she was obviously shaken. The techs mocked and laughed openly about it in front of multiple customers, I was one of them. She was taken away by ambulance. I will no longer give them my business.
I always feel like they go above and beyond, even with crazy long lines or a million calls. Super helpful when I need them!
