Today I was thankful for Taylor... I hope that was her correct name & spelling... but anyways... her y'all !! I had a big issue last month going back n forth over a prior auth and it was a small mishap of sending it to the wrong ins company as I have 2. Anyways told after my appointment I was in full blown anxiety mode and when intent thru the drive thru i got 2 of 3 prescriptions.. I asked about the 3rd n she said it was denied and they sent it back to my dr. I then explained what happened last month and the PA is approved ... read more
