I got a text on Monday that my prescription is ready. I came to pick it up on Wednesday and was told it says it’s in the system but it’s actually not ready and to come back in the morning. I explained that I ran out and really needed it, but the tech just stared at me and repeated I could pick it up in the morning. This also happened last month. I will admit that I called at 1:20 p.m. I say all this to say that when I called the pharmacy I was asked to be placed on hold. I said yes. Eventually 10 minutes had passed but no one came back to the phone. I decided to hang up. I called back and went through the automated system again and this time I was told by the automated system that they went on lunch. I was just forgotten. Or ignored.
Incompetence at the highest degree . They have 4 booths 1 for drop off 2 for pickup and 1 for consultation. I get in pickup booth line and white lady with glasses ask me am I there to ask a question and when I tell her “ no I’m here for a pick up “ she tells me “ I cut in front of guy behind me who jumped in to defend me saying “he just got there “ and I was there first .
