Horrible Service. They don't care about even ordering your medications. She told me she ordered my prescription and it would be in in 2 days. I came in 5 days later i came and she told me it still hasnt been ordered and delivered. Pharmacy isn't trained and can't even use the computer to order stuff right. When I called over the phone the lady isn't even say anything, put me on hold without greeting. If you hate your Job, don't be rude to customers
I just called here & the person who answered the phone was so nasty to me. Very bad attitude. Not sure of his name but he had a very strong accent. I asked him if he can please look in their system to check for other locations for my meds & he got angry & raised his voice at me. He told me he was too busy & could only worry about his location. Terrible customer service.
I got to the pharmacy at 1:28pm to pick up my seizure meds and was told VERY rudely they are closed for lunch. I have to be in Greenville at 3pm which means that I have to drive there after missing my morning dose. I was told to "drive safely". Completely closing down the entire pharmacy for lunch is poor management. Why not stagger the lunch breaks? If you are looking for a pharmacy manager please reach out to someone who can manage your staff efficiently.
