Date of 11/18/25 in the evening at Brier Creek Walmart. I was trying to sort out a medication issue. I called my insurance to start. They directed me to call Walmart to cancel a script as a reason why I couldn’t refill. The first tech at Walmart said it was cancelled and I needed to call back my insurance. My insurance customer rep was also not listening and not understanding but he called the Walmart pharmacy back trying to figure it out. I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and they are consistently helpful and courteous.
On a Friday afternoon, I called to check on an order that I made on a Tuesday and the pharmacist had answered the phone. I was never told the order was canceled in 3 days. The person that supposedly is the pharmacist on duty that afternoon had treated me so rudely and disrespectful!! I will NEVER go there again and if I can, I will make sure he no longer has a job, yes it was that bad
Margaret is rude and she doesn’t even let you finish talking or explain. We called one day in advance and they confirmed that the medication is ready for pick up, but when I arrived to pick it up, I had to go through the process and wait 15 minutes for them to make it. I was traveling and the medication supposed to be ready. I will never use this pharmacy again!
I used Walmart in Cary for years, the staff was great always on top of things, so I assumed I would have a similar experience at Brier creek. Unfortunately that was not the case. The counter people are rude and condescending that act as if they are doing you a favor. TI have since moved to another provider.
