Either the phone was broken or the staff intentionally hang up when busy. Called 4x over the course of an hour and got varying levels of ringing and "thank you for calling walmart pharmacy" recorded message before being disconnected. Needed a perscription same day and nowhere in the app seems to show when new prescriptions are received/processing, so had to show up in person to confirm they had it and then wait 20 min for it to be filled. I have never had an experience other than top notch service. The team is amazing! Recently, Jess was very empathic to a situation i was dealing with and gave me peace of mind. This pharmacy deserves accolades!
This pharmacy has gone to complete shit the pharmacist are now completely incompetent when it comes to keeping refills up to date and refilling the proper prescriptions and dosages. It's a shame too that they let their utter incompetency get the best of them ruining their pharmacy and loosing my business.
