My experience has mostly been good with this pharmacy but I will be changing to a different one after a frustrating experience this week. I called to have a prescription filled on Monday and was informed that it would be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. The staff at the Walmart Pharmacy on Cedar Rd in Chesapeake VA is phenomenal. Namely, Karen. My endocrinologist kept making mistakes for me to fill my prescription for a One Touch monitor kit. This went on for 2 WEEKS. Karen and I worked together to try to guide the incompetent staff at the drs office. I had to call Aetna, my insurance carrier to get them to intervene. Great pharmacy team!
Nicole was wonderful today trying to do everything she could to get a prescription filled for me last-minute and running into insurance obstacles. Thank you so much for your help even though we couldn’t get it done (through absolutely no fault of hers!)
