Always helpful with my prescriptions. They answer the phone and provide timely and reasonable solutions. It’s been a pleasure working with them
Good pharmacy for prices, TERRIBLE pharmacist. They've had a prescription in their computer for me for some very important medication for several weeks and when I needed it refilled it was "out of stock". They "ordered it and it would be available in 1-2 days". If it's available in 1-2 days that's because they didn't order it when they should have so it would be on hand. The new pharmacist here is horrible, she refused to fill my meds as my DR prescribed. I would suggest using Kroger, the pharmacist there said they will fill the prescription with how the DR wrote it.
Awesome awesome staff & I'm so very thankful that they have caring & compassionate employees in this pharmacy. My baby will have the medicine she needs tonight so that she can get to feeling better sooner than later. Thank you for all that you as well as anyone in the medical field, working so hard together pre & post pandemic. If you haven't been told today or lately just how much you're appreciated, I appreciate you!!!
Front staff was polite, but could have provided more information that would have helped me. Back staff was more concerned about paperwork than helping a customer get meds at a more affordable price. 1/10 - would not recommend. I'm searching for a new pharmacy, which is upsetting. 😒
