walmart pharmacy- 4500 Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603 I just spent 30 mins calling the pharmacy over & over & over again each time it hung up on me...simply to ask if my prescription was called in before my doctor's appointment because the website is not reflecting that it was and my doctor said they did. Every single time I called, it rang for like 5 minutes and then hung up on me & I'd call again. Lovely customer service!
This is my last time with this pharmacy. My doctor has been calling in the same subscriptions for a decade and the last two years the pharmacy put them in as one time and then I have to message the doctor who says "you have 3 left" and I say "no they put in no refills AGAIN". Overwhelmed and over Walmart. So thankful my doc helps stay on top of long term issues.
