I was told my prescription would be transfered from Virginia Beach in 1 hour The time was 2:30.Came vack at 5:15 and it was not ready.Discussed with a rude pharmacist for 15 monutes.Got my prescription at 5:50!Pharmacist was definitely rude even when I thanked her 3 times she finally said your very welcome!!
I went there earlier today and asked if they could help explain/show me how to do a self injection. Both the staff and pharmacist were more than happy. They said I could go home and grab everything, or come back around 230/3. I ended up coming back (as I was there grocery shopping). I wish I caught the Pharmacist’s name, but she was absolutely amazing. Explained EVERYTHING thoroughly, and even helped me figure out how to use the auto injector. Friendly and fast. Prescriptions are always filled ahead of the estimated pick-up date.
I want to thank Donna the store manager for helping with my daughter's prescription this morning. Thank you for your extra time. It meant a lot to me. Everyone at this location is helpful and nice. A great team!!!
