Paola is the absolute most rude , most lazy pharmacy tech at this location. (951 n resler) As a patient who understands her insurance my rx if ran correctly with a preferred brand (not Paola's preferred brand) but my insurance preferred brand then my rx should be covered . Unfortunately, Paola chose not to take that extra step and do the leg work as her job is to do so.
BONKERS! This place insisted that my Drs' licence was expired. They cancelled all his prescriptions and flaged him. They did this 3 times. Someone called from the pharmacy to ask about specific medication. He said the insurance co and WM were trying to find out if I was happy with a certain med??? WTH do these two entities have to do with what my cardiologist prescribed. THIS IS BETWEEN ME AND MY DOCTOR. Way out of bounds.
My cashier Nya at the pharmacy was extremely rude her body language is just plain rude.. why can't people just be courteous now a days.. if you don't like your job why are you there
I had trouble with my children's insurance and their medications being cover. Rebecca was so helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The quickness, politeness I recieved was so greatly appreciated.
Went in for a doctors appointment on 02/28, got prescribed medication and Walmart confirmed receipt that same day. They still haven’t filled it. I’ve called twice about it, both times they told me the estimated filling time was 03/07 because it was out of stock but now they state it’s still delayed. It’s March 16 now so I’ve been waiting for this medication for almost 3 weeks now. Switching my prescription somewhere else.
