Friendly and knowledgeable staff just do not understand if you have two lanes out side you only attend to one makes no sense other than that bring water and enjoy waiting your turn because it is only one lane at a time apparently
I was back and forth with my insurance and this pharmacy all morning just for Marisela to put me on a 40 min hold. My insurance company hung up of course and I come to find out that the manager Victor (whom I asked for when marisela put me on hold) was at lunch so Marisela had me on hold with my insurance company waiting for Victor to come back from lunch. Be careful of this pharmacy. Joshua claims for you not able to pay cash for your prescription because you have insurance on file. Of course, this is false. He will not budge and then hang up on you.
