I don’t understand why this people here don’t do their jobs. I was on hold over the phone and in the drive thru window literally it took them 12 minutes to come back to me I don’t want to add the pictures I took of them just chatting away Some of us are in horrible pain just need meds. So disappointed it’s not the first nor the second time this happens. And yes I’ve told the manager but nothing is done
