Really bad Customer service. Not friendly but unknowledgeble from what she was doing. Was asking questions and the answer gotten was: If you want, you can cancel the order. IT was a short black hair latino looking girl.
About three weeks ago, I was having trouble with a prescription for my son. Ultimately, the pharmacist even contacted the doctor, and eventually the correct prescription was filled. I want to thank Daniela for her extreme patience, knowledge, kindness and courtesy!
I just want to give a big shoutout to the Walmart Pharmacy team. I had an issue with one of my medications that suddenly cost over $459 for one medicine, and I was honestly panicking. Thankfully, someone there really took the time to help me out. They were super kind and explained everything clearly. We got in line right before seven and were behind another car. They saw us and still closed the window when that car pulled away. They would rather care about their Friday night dinner date then helping people who need life saving medicine. People like this have no souls and should be in health care.
