Had a bad experience with rep Keisha Harvey she was short of patience and rude. I came in to get my medicine after being seen at urgent care and due to them closing in 10 minutes I was being rushed and brushed off by trying to tell me that my insurance was inactive which it was not and instead of informing me when she finally realized she made a mistake she just continued to act mean and walked off and left me standing there and left because it was closing time another rep had to take over . Reneta or Reneka (I’m not sure of the proper spelling of her name due to her tag being partially covered) was not kind. Rather than continue with my checkout process she passed my medication to an employee in the back and said you’re my backup so you do this. She then told me go to the next counter then told me to go over to the following counter.
