The personal is very rude and very insulting
This is going to be a long review but it's going to be very specific. I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years ever since I moved to my current home. Have had little to no trouble up until now. I have been on a controlled substance for the past 17 to 18 years. I have been getting this medicine filled at the same pharmacy for the same amount of time. I went to fill this this past Friday. Before leaving we kept trying to get my insurance card. No one would pick up to answer us. So we left and came back. Told the lady she did not give me my insurance card back, and she continued to go back and forth with my husband and I saying she did. I told her to pull the footage and said you will have to wait til tomorrow. Maam I did not wait to give you my insurance card.
