The pharmacy techs lie. The techs are disrespectful and rude and bait you into an argument and then blame you for getting mad. I went every Friday for 6 weeks and they never filled my prescription. They had no paper trail or documentation to reflect that I have been to the pharmacy so many times. The Tech claimed that they didn't have a prescription, then that they had the prescription but that the pills quantity had changed so they needed approval, then they said the insurance company would not supply non generic.
