I had a really frustrating experience at the Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy technician and pharmacist were both rude and dismissive for no reason. I asked a simple question about my prescription and instead of helping, they acted like I was bothering them. There was no effort to explain anything or provide basic customer service. I specifically come to this Walmart pharmacy because of Nicole and Asma, even though CVS is closer to my home. They consistently go above and beyond — especially when insurance pricing is high — taking the time to help find the best options and make prescriptions more affordable. They always know you by name, have impeccable bedside manners, and truly make you feel cared for, not rushed. The head pharmacist is also fantastic — his knowledge is impeccable. I love the entire staff here. Each one always professional and kind! As long as I need meds...I will be loyal to their service record!!
I’ve always had very polite and attentive service when putting in and picking up prescriptions here but this Wal Mart in general appears to have very good customer service regardless.
