Awful! Pharmacy is terrible. The young “lady” will put you on hold and never return to the line.
Always a long line, and instead of helping customers behind the one waiting at the counter for pharmacist, they make other customers behind them wait even longer
Customer service has died at this location. I shouldn't have to call the pharmacy multiple times in the day to make sure my prescription will be ready when I get off work. Then when I get there to be told that my insurance isn't going to pay for it because it might take them 3 days to process the information that YOU (Walmart pharmacy) sent them. Then after that, I tell you that I am more then happy to pay out of pocket for it. You then tell me, "oh, we're out of that, might have it back in 2-3 days" What happened? This used... read more
