Sometimes, they do not answer the phones and sometimes don't refill prescriptions that are called in for a refill. I normally get 90 day prescriptions but because it was Mounjaro they refused to fill 90 day at one and only wanted to fill one month at a time and instead of having copay of 25.00 for three months they were trying to have me come back each month which would have ended up being 75 dollars copay for same quantity.
