I like this Pharmacy! I pick up alot of meds for Clients..and from many different pharmacies. I like THIS particular location because I find their team to be polite, fast and particular informative- when I need them to be. I'm on the clock and I like to get in, get out. I've never NOT been able to do this at the Cincy-Dayton Rd location!
I just tried to fill a prescription that is covered for free on my $10,000 a year united healthcare insurance. Walgreens tried to coerce me into getting the $50 over-the-counter-version. When I started explaining that I didn't want to pay this when it's covered under my insurance, the pharmacist (he had an asian accent, which is the only thing I can provide to identify him), started not just CUTTING ME OFF, but talking OVER ME while I was literally telling him that I was not done speaking and was standing up for myself for h... read more
5 stars to the people who work here they’re all so nice and cool and great communication in my experience.
I live in Lebanon and will drive all the way here because they give fantastic customer service and are speedy. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I've always got a question or two and they never make me feel bad about asking. The Lebanon location on the other hand is pretty much the exact opposite, which is why I'll go out of my way to come here.
