I live in Lebanon and will drive all the way here because they give fantastic customer service and are speedy. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I've always got a question or two and they never make me feel bad about asking. The Lebanon location on the other hand is pretty much the exact opposite, which is why I'll go out of my way to come here.
Half of the time they get my order correct and no issues. The other half, I have to call them 3 days ahead of my prescription refill to make sure they will have my specific prescription. Sometimes I show up and everything is ready to go, other times I have been treated poorly because they were not ready on their end. I understand you have many clients whom receive their medications here, but that one day where it’s a complete hassle almost makes me want to switch pharmacies. I wish things were more consistent!
