2 days to fill a prescription? My wife is out of surgery and I called the morning of to make sure they are ready and here we are sitting in the parking lot post op. I guess counting pills and putting them in a bottle is a lot to ask.
I had my prescription transferred to this Walmart from a previous walmart I noticed the medication at this particular location gave me heart palpitations . It was same brand , dose , color and medicine but the side effects were something I never experienced while taking this medicine . The staff are rude . Transfer your medication to CVS or HEB . It’s a hassle getting your medicine from here and I doubt they are giving the correct medication.
Very efficient and processed my prescription with a sense urgency. Thank you for placing value on my time. I feel like I matter as a customer/patient.
I’m here at the pharmacy, it’s 1:48pm and it’s closed for lunch. I know it’s complicated but couldn’t you figure out how to stager your employees lunch time? Certainly you’ve got a manager there that can take control and make these radical suggestions happen?
