Rude! Incompetent! Waited in line over 20 minutes once it was my turn. I asked the person to verify that my order had gone through insurance not only did she verify that it had gone through insurance, but she showed me a piece of paper indicating that it had gone through insurance after paying , leaving and viewing my order online I realize it had not gone through insurance. Great staff always on top of everything
Pharmacy canceled our prescription and says there is "nothing they can do about" even though THEY made the mistake. They said it was an accident and they can not make the request for the prescription to be resent. Other pharmacies will call the dr to get the prescription. How are you going to cancel the prescription for no reason and then refuse to make it right?
