These people need to learn customer service. Lady walked away and decided it was time for her lunch break right as I was trying to get multiple prescriptions filled! Just because one can't be filled doesn't mean I didn't have more which the lady knew. The pharmacist was being snarky In the back while allowing the cashier to just up and leave without making sure I was done with filling prescriptions. Do better there is no excuse for the people's action!

Went to the pharmacy today. I had discussed with my doctor, who LOOKED IT UP ON MY PLAN, about getting a 90-day supply of my medication for $20 because it would save me money. So I asked for the 90-day supply, imagine my surprise when I get there, pay for it and then realize that I was only given a 30-day supply for $9. Since I was still in the store, I went right back to the pharmacy to ask about the 90-days instead, they looked and said they couldn't do it since I'd paid for the 30-days worth already but if they returned t... read more

Rude! Incompetent! Waited in line over 20 minutes once it was my turn. I asked the person to verify that my order had gone through insurance not only did she verify that it had gone through insurance, but she showed me a piece of paper indicating that it had gone through insurance after paying , leaving and viewing my order online I realize it had not gone through insurance.
