THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I refilled a rx and and waited 4 days to pick it up because I knew they would be slow. Go to pick up the rx and was told there was a hold on it by one of the clerks. I asked why. He went and asked the pharmacist, came back and said I don't know why there was a hold on it, we will fill it now. It took 30 mins to fill. On top of the 30 mins it took me to even get up to the register. My husband and I both use this pharmacy. THERE IS ALWAYS SOME TYPE OF ISSUE. I had a bad experience at the pharmacy a couple of weeks of ago , and I was frustrated because no one was trying to give me answers, I felt like I was being treated unfairly. I guess one of the pharmacy techs Nyasya could see the dissatisfaction on my face so she stepped in and went above and beyond to help rectify the situation. Nyasya was professional and you can tell that she is dedicated to her job. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10, because of her I will be continuing to use this Walmart for my medication needs.
