This Walmart pharmacy is so dependable! No matter how much I screw up (like forgetting to refill a prescription untill the last minute) they are polite and helpful. The pharmacist answers my questions and they all seem genuinely happy to help.
Walmart Pharmacy at Sherwood is the best. They always give me great service and always with a smile. My meds are ready and I receive knowledgeable information from the pharmacist.
After years of terrible service at Walgreens I decided to switch to this pharmacy and have been SO happy and impressed with the service. The staff is friendly and professional and I can always count on them for extremely fast refills. My last medication fill took less than 10 minutes from the time I called it in to the time it was ready for pickup, in all of my years of dealing with pharmacies I have never experienced this level of attentiveness!
Picking up my groceries on April 14th, between 10:15-10:25 am, and received very poor customer service from an older man. Please have a bit more awareness of how you pack the items in the trunk. I left a large bin and a cardboard box, for the order picker to place in safely, and I received my items purposefully thrown in the trunk. Walmart needs to train their employees better, spending $152 to see my groceries thrown in the trunk is unacceptable. They automatically put you on hold the second they pick up & never answer, I've called many times of the day throughout the week. I have gotten prescriptions for over 10yrs with Walmart & there is a new level of poor customer service & laziness of CS employees in this country as a whole,
