Dealing with the death of my father and my doctor increased my anxiety medication. “Pharmacist Mark” refused to fill it till a later date even after myself and my doctors office called to explain the situation. I’ve never been talked to so rudely by a pharmacist. Unacceptable behavior, unacceptable customer service. Especially from a professional who should be well versed in empathy. Should not be allowed to interact with people.
They never answer the phone! Horrible customer service! Hire more people for the pharmacy!
