I originally changed to Walmart pharmacy for my meds, as my insurance stopped covering Kroger pharmacy. The staff is usually very cordial, and I can understand if they get overwhelmed with the amount of prescriptions they most likely fill and receive on a daily basis. However, recently, I am not sure of what has changed. The staff appears more exhausted (which I do tend to understand given the job aspects), they appear less patient, less understanding and the communication is extremely terrible!!!! Just called Pharmacy and spoke to Shana to refill new prescriptions and give new insurance information...She was very patient and easy to talk to and communicate with over the phone, and took time to run through insurance company for pricing . Thank You!!!
Communication is horrible which sucks since it’s an okay pharmacy overall. Was taken for a loop and told at least three different things in the past week about my medicine. One moment it’s ready, then it’s actually not ready and that they’re “working on it” then it’s “insurance won’t pay till this date” now I have to have a new PA written up after I’ve already been approved? Management needs to get involved and figure out what’s going on… ):

Every time I go to the Walmart pharmacy, everyone is very professional. They are also very friendly and willing to help. I have been going for many years now and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you, Walmart Pharmacy.
