Been coming to this pharmacy for years & there's always someone friendly & helpful behind the counter at the Carriage Place location. They need a longer lunch break please! They deserve it. And Walmart can handle it.
Monica Terry was rude, didn’t listen not listen, over talked, refused to help discuss what to do to solve an urgent problem and then hung up
Terrible experience. I have stage 4 cancer and am currently undergoing chemotherapy. I have received terrible customer service specificly pharmacist Monica Terry. Monica does not have the skill or compassion to deal with people undergoing cancer and chemotherapy. She yells and hangs up on customers who are looking to get their cancer medicine. Do not trust this person with your medical information.
