I had extremely humiliating experience today at this pharmacy. I came in to pick up medical supplies, the script was ransfered from other pharmacy to this one, this is a first time experience at this place, asked for prescription which was transferred. Woman checked the computer and said that nothing was there, after me persistently stating that prescription is there, she finally asked one of coworkers to figure this out, and finally confirmed that the prescription is there and I need to wait for supplies to receive about 30... read more
Staff and pharmacist are always very attentive and helpful to me.
Don’t use this pharmacy the lie about your stuff being ready they have never had my prescription ready a single time and then refused to let me pay cash when my state insurance declined to pay. Super under qualified and careless staff with no heart I’m disappointed and really disgusted…
The Pharmacy Manager is a very nice, professional and wonderful person! He has gone above and beyond to help me and my husband multiple times. I am forever grateful for his kindness and willing to make things right. He went out of his way to help us save money on our prescriptions. Over my experience coming here has always been very pleasant! The Pharmacists are all very nice and professional. I highly recommend coming here.
The lead pharmacists always go above and beyond to make sure I have a pleasant visit and never have problems getting my meds. They are extremely helpful here.
