I a cd ) cr called four days ago to make sure my prescription would be ready on time and the staff ask me to call the day before. I called last night which is the day before and I was advised to call this morning when they opened so I called at 10:41 and I was advised that I could pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived at 1141 and waited in line and the staff advised me that it was not ready. They then advised that they would expedite it. So now I am waiting. I received the medication at 11:52. I was very disappointed.

Don't make the mistake of thinking "It might not be the best, or fastest, or best customer service, but it's super convenient." It's not. Expect to be spending days without medication because of innumerable reasons. The regular pharmacist and at least one of the regular techs are quite good, but they still have to struggle with their computer system. Most of the rest of the staff don't have a clue what they are doing, and couldn't care less about patients.

I love this Walmart pharmacy. The staff is always great and the pharmacists Ike and John know who I am when I call and are always beyond helpful. I used to live in the area but moved over a year ago. There are several Walmarts closer to me now but I still drive to this location.
