Good and Cheap I use Walmart Tire and Lube Express on highway 351 when I need a cheap oil change. They are good, and it fits within the budget sometimes. And....it is nice to have that done while I shop in Walmart. Did you know that Walmart does not own the Tire and Lube Express at each Walmart?
