To the pharmacist and tech that told me I needed a prescription for my syringes, you are wrong. I wasn’t going to argue with you with a line of people waiting to be helped. I heard the huff from your tech and the roll of the eyes when I asked for 1mL syringes. I could feel the immediate change in body language by your tech. Called in the morning to verify coming in for a vaccine. Got there, waited in line, then they claimed they had not received the prescription. I then went back to the end of the slow moving line and called my doctor. My doctor immediately faxed the prescription again. After a long wait, I got to the counter. “Oh yes, we received your prescription, but we can’t do this for you today.” So I asked, “Did I need an appointment?” They said, “No, we do walk ins. Terrible service....again. We had a prescription called in on a Tuesday that they couldn't support that day. I was told they'd need to get from warehouse and should only take a couple of days. No big deal, it happens (probably more often than they'd admit) but whatever. I say 'ok, couple days, no big deal, please fill' and I'm on my way. I guess my expectations are too high because I really was thinking that once they were able to fill it, I'd get a phone call to pick up. Nope!!! They didn't have my prescription in stock. And when I asked for assistance to call other local stores if they had it on hand, they told me to do it. Extremely rude employee. They used to have an amazing pharmacy. Not anymore, I haven't been there for years. And I won't go back. I had to drive to Postfalls and they were amazing. Got my script from them, so they will get a good review! Do better Hayden.
