I want to commend Maycee at Elizabethton pharmacy, she took extra time to help me and went way above and beyond, Walmart is lucky to have her and I hope they appreciate her
Great job Jesse! I had my 1st prescription sent into this pharmacy today. Since I hadn't filled here before, I stopped in and it wasn't ready. Jesse in the pharmacy let me know it would be about 10 mins and it would be filled. I stopped back and he has gotten it filled for me.
Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! Approximately 3 weeks ago I requested a refill for a prescription. I went to pick it up and the price was not what it should have been. Apparently the discount card expired. I told pharmacy attendant that I would wait to pick up when I get my new card as it would save me $30. At NO TIME WAS I NOTIFIED THAT THE SCRIPT WAS EXPIRING. NO TEXT, NO EMAIL, NOT EVEN THE STAFF TELLING ME WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO GET A NEW DISCOUNT CARD. I got a new card and went to pharmacy to get script... read more
