They managed the sudden influx of new patients due to the unexpected closing of Health Depot quite well. Although they close early, their weekend hours are a plus. They experience the typical issues often seen in chain pharmacies, such as supply shortages, the requirement of ID for every pickup, and compliance with strict regulations. While these are mild inconveniences, they diminish the welcoming atmosphere I was accustomed to at a locally-owned pharmacy for many years.
Be prepared to wait in the drive thru.
Asked to pick up my husband's antibiotic. Instead of saying it wasn't sent, they put an inhaler we didn't need in the bag. I wish someone had told me so I could say we did not want the inhaler.. Then the tech did not put my debit card in the bag.. Sat in line for 45 minutes just to have to turn around and get back in line for my debit card and no refund issued for the unnecessary inhaler even though the box has not been open. Very upset. Wasted my whole evening after work.
