Don't like when they send text about refill on wifes meds and if she has any left it is refused because she has meds left. If she waits till she is on her last dose we are told it takes 2 days to fill. Due to this will be checking with doctor and check with getting transferred to another pharmacy due to wife having to go without her meds because this pharmacy doesn't want to fill.
Walked into to store after testing positive for COVID to get some medicine. Was told twice by the lady at the counter that my prescription didn’t exist. I called after walking back out to my car and talked to a man and was told that my prescription was ready and waiting… why the lady at the counter ‘couldn’t’ find it? I don’t know. Won’t get my business again.
