The pharmacy is garbage and can’t fill a prescription on time to save their life. I always have to call after two days of my prescription being in to ask when I’ll actually get it filled and then suddenly they can fill it within a half and hour.
Usually everyone in the pharmacy is very kind and know me well considering I’m there at least once a week. I spoke to a woman over the phone about filling my prescription and she seemed very unhappy to be taking my call before close. I understand she must have had a long day, I did to but I don’t treat people like they’re an in-convince. Especially in a medicine related department. I felt her attitude was very inconsiderate.
I came to pick an order for my mom Adriana was super nice and friendly and fast !
Just notified tonight at 5:58 pm that the pharmacy now closes at 6 pm! My doctor sent the RX this early am, a prescription for pain management! Placed on hold for fifteen minutes. Thought we had until 9 pm. "Pharmacist is just now filling it." No prior notification in change of hours! Two minutes to pick it up! We were leaving town! Done with Walgreens!
