I pulled up to the drive thru on 3-24-25 at 2:25 p.m. and the helped the person that pulled up after me first. So i had to wait longer. They didnt ask if i had any questions about my medication. & I keep signing that paper they have you sign at the pharmacy drive through yet I've never once recieved a copy of it.
Walmart Pharmacy has become more trouble than it’s worth. Yes I do some shopping there which in theory should save time. However there are several reasons behind our abandoning Walmart Pharmacy (1) No mater what time of day theres always a line at Walmart inside or drive thru. One star is too good for this pharmacy! I was basically forced as a customer to speak with the pharmacist regards a new medication instead of being offered to speak with a pharmacist. I let them know that I'm an RN and know all about this medication. The tech and pharmacist both argued with me stating they're following "Federal Law" and that I have to be counselled on my new blood pressure medication prescribed for me by my doctor. While I have generally had positive experiences with Walmart Pharmacy, the location on Rinconada has consistently been disappointing. The staff there are often rude and unhelpful, and they do not make an effort to assist customers beyond their basic duties. Additionally, the waiting lines and times are excessively long.
