No good customer service. They answered and put me on hold 4. When I addressed about this the girl in the front said we have mutiple calls and we check all the line. I said that not cool she said any ways what your name. And then made me wait longer when it was suppose to be ready the day before. This is poor customer service. She wasn't wearing a badge.
Could not even verify my insurance. Horrible
If possible would give zero stars. Dear management if you are reading this. Please hire more staff. Being left on hold for hours then once they answer being hung up on multiple times. You can hear how rushed they are trying to stay afloat. Not only that but the Neighborhood Walmart is being closed so you are the next one closest so please understand you are going to have an influx of new prescriptions coming in you should at least get some extra help while things get sorted out. They're so rude they kept me on hold for 30 minutes and when I called back they kept hanging up on me... walmart needs to do better job at hiring their stuff its not worth it I'm changing my pharmacy its ridiculous
