It isn’t often that I write negative or less than favorable reviews. However, today was the final straw. I’m currently unwell. I am usually very friendly going in with no issues and today two new young ladies that work there were very rude, disrespectful, and a little annoying. While their annoyance can be overlooked their professionalism or lack thereof cannot. When I first walked in, they told me my medication would be 30 minutes. I always get good service with a smile when I pick up my prescriptions! One lady always knows my name! That goes for other employees in the store as well.

I was told by a pharmacist at another store ,"the store on College Dr. has plenty of Novolin 70/30''.So I drove from the Chesapeake store to the Suffolk Walmart as instructed. I had a picture of the box for easy identification which I showed to the Pharmacist in Suffolk. She looked at the picture on my phone ,then walked away.
