Of all Walmarts in the area this one apparently is the only one that does not accept RX Discount Cards, the staff at the pharmacy will refuse to add them to your account. Transferred all prescriptions to another Walmart and my total went from almost $1000 a month to under $100, they should fire everyone at the pharmacy registers for refusing to help everyday people struggling with paying their medications.
good luck getting through to them. you will be told there is one person ahead of you, get put on hold for 30+ minutes, and then hung up on. when you call back, there is one person ahead of you and the cycle repeats.
This pharmacy is convenient because it is inside of the store where you might get shopping done while picking up medication. Prescription pricing is great. There is sometimes a long wait and the hours are somewhat limited, 9-7, but overall I have had a positive opinion until today. I sent my 19 yo son in to pickup simple prescriptions for my daughter (non narcotic cough medicine, saline spray, ibuprofen and inhaler) that were ready for pickup and he was asked for ID which is not policy when picking up non controlled medicati... read more
