The large lady with curly burnt blonde hair (yes you need toner lady) was very rude. Apparently it takes 2 days to get cold medicine filled, and after we came back a second time she refused to help us. When the other lady (very nice lady) helped, the BBL (big blond lady) chimed in and said they had no insurance on file and couldn't give us the medicine. Well, sure enough the other lady found insurance 2 seconds later because she actually tried to help us. Awful experience
Asked for a manager made me wait around 15 minutes and when i began talking again they acted as if i wasnt there. I heard my self echoing through the phone as well so I'm certain they could here me. Poor service
Very happy with this pharmacy.
