Absolutely horrendous customer service. They could not be more rude, or have more of an attitude, if they tried. How some of these people remain employed at this location is unbelievable.
Exceptional service. For much of my life I have paid absorbent prices for asthma inhalers. The price always increases with time. Just when all hope was lost and I was no longer able to afford my meds a young woman at Walmart became my instant advocate and found a way to get me a generic for an older drug that was absolutely free. I'm saved! After all these years of getting screwed by pharmaceutical and insurance companies with no help from doctors. I wish I knew her name. Thank you, you are my hero. Customer service is the nonexistent. Ordered refill 1/13/24. Was told physician needed to be contacted. Out of state script) Called again 1/20/24 informed very busy had not contacted doctor would call after weekend. I called my out of state doctor 1/22/24 at 1:00pm to see if contact had occurred, it had not. They called talked to pharmacist on duty and were informed Walmart has new policy and cannot fill class 2 stimulant drugs for ADHD seniors over 65 years of age due to possible HEART issues.
