Just spoke with a rep at the pharmacy who was insensitive and plain rude. I understand state laws but to rush me to make a decision on a transfer that can’t get filled until the 17th which is the day of my mother’s funeral is craziness. I’ve used various Walmart pharmacies and by far this one was the best! The staff were very friendly and informative. They were kind and very pleasant to talk to. Everyone greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes. They were prompt and got me my prescriptions in less time than expected. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!
Listen, good customer service is hard to find. This pharmacy never falls short. Both pharmacists are very thorough, and kind, the pharm techs are genuine and patient, in spite of the constant demand. The wait can't be long from time to time but I feel like that's circumstantial and not a reflection of their work. I'll continue to do business here.
The pharmacy staff is nice and respectful but I believe certain pharmacist there need to respect their hard working employee more and stop making them feel like they not enough. Nobody know what happened behind close door. They can be nice to you as a customer to keep you but will be hurtful to you when you are gone. Appreciation is earn and yelling and making her employee cries doesn’t help.
Both my husband and I have been very impressed with the staff at this pharmacy. They are responsive, they help sort out insurance issues, and they help us get the best value for the medications we need. We moved our Rxs from CVS to here because the pharmacists and staff know who we are and treat us friendly and professionally.
