A series of service failures. Standing orders out of stock. Bad internal policies. Willingness to lie to cover mistakes. Communication deficiency.
Staff is friendly however the staff putting on & off dirty face masks is disgusting. The pandemic is OVER! Masking has been proven to be an ineffective, germ promoting falsehood. This masking is inappropriate and gives a poor message to patients by "health care professionals".
I've been coming here for years, they're always polite and helpful, until today. The line was kinda long, 5-6 people, I walk to the end of the line. I wasn't watching the time, I've been off my meds about 2 weeks, all I could think of is I need them badly! I have a mental health disorder. I was already almost in tears, when I got there just at their lunch time. Although there were several people in line, I got yelled at quite loudly, "we're closed till 2".
