A series of service failures. Standing orders out of stock. Bad internal policies. Willingness to lie to cover mistakes. Communication deficiency.
Staff is friendly however the staff putting on & off dirty face masks is disgusting. The pandemic is OVER! Masking has been proven to be an ineffective, germ promoting falsehood. This masking is inappropriate and gives a poor message to patients by "health care professionals".
I've been coming here for years, they're always polite and helpful, until today. The line was kinda long, 5-6 people, I walk to the end of the line. I wasn't watching the time, I've been off my meds about 2 weeks, all I could think of is I need them badly! I have a mental health disorder. I was already almost in tears, when I got there just at their lunch time. Although there were several people in line, I got yelled at quite loudly, "we're closed till 2". I want to say thank you to Robin for always being super nice and helpful! My anxiety makes me sometimes stumble over my words and forget what medications I'm calling for and she never shows frustration and always seems to know what I'm talking about. Even when they're super busy she's friendly and professional. Walmart should give her a raise!
