I called regarding my prescription being transferred to this pharmacy from another. The individual took my information and said they would reach out to where my prescription was Monday. Monday went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called back Tuesday morning. The technician answered the phone, asked how she could help me, and I gave her all the details regarding the matter. when i called in they said both my prescriptiones were ready but when i got there only one was ready and had to order in second one.Not counting the mix ups on the recorded line.
Omg 2 hours for one pin omg !! As always, this pharmacy is a total piece of crap. I came at 1:00 to pick up my medication, and they told me to come back in 10 minutes. Since I have a one-year-old child, I had to go back home to wait for my husband. When I returned with him, they told me it still wasn't ready. Four hours went by—and oh my God—it *still* wasn't ready. Since it was 6:50 PM by then, they told me to come back tomorrow. I mean, they play games with people's health, and that is just not right.
