Waited in line for ten minutes for the store to reopen with no one else waiting until about a minute before someone else came in line. Jasmine saw me waiting when she popped back into the back from where ever she came from. She made eye contact with me. On TOP of being the most ignorant pharmacy employees I've ever seen, they denied prescription transfers to a better pharmacy. These guys are just trash, tbh. You're better off going somewhere else.
I called regarding my prescription being transferred to this pharmacy from another. The individual took my information and said they would reach out to where my prescription was Monday. Monday went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called back Tuesday morning. The technician answered the phone, asked how she could help me, and I gave her all the details regarding the matter. when i called in they said both my prescriptiones were ready but when i got there only one was ready and had to order in second one.Not counting the mix ups on the recorded line.
