My child needed a prescription that got sent in just before close. I understand that is frustrating, but they refused to run our updated insurance since it was already 7 p.m. and told us we would have to pay full price if we "really needed it" tonight. Even though we had the insurance in hand. We agreed to pay full price because he indeed needed it, and then they told us they only had enough to do half the prescription.
