Yesterday, I went to pick up an antibiotic prescribed by the doctor for my 17-month-old son, who is seriously ill (the medication was prescribed at 5:00 PM, two hours before the pharmacy closed). After multiple interactions with Kevin over the phone, I think Walmart has some changes to make. If even just ONE person struggles to get on the phone to order life changing medicine (I’m in a wheelchair, can’t go physically) because of how rude their customer service is then that is already too many.
