After multiple interactions with Kevin over the phone, I think Walmart has some changes to make. If even just ONE person struggles to get on the phone to order life changing medicine (I’m in a wheelchair, can’t go physically) because of how rude their customer service is then that is already too many. Great service
Brand new to the area. Was on line and ordered my refills. They all had tefils and time left. Wjen i called to find out why one wasnt getting refilled, i was called a liar by Kevin at the pharmacy. Now that prescription has been removed from my list of medications.
