Went there to pick up 2 medications for poison Ivy relief. I told the clerk I just needed those for relief now and the rest I can wait a couple days. She insisted no problem it’ll take the same amount of time to do them all. I should have stuck to my plan because she was 100 wrong. It took longer figuring insurance I didn’t request a consult because I was miserable wanted my meds and bed (I work nights was a bit sleep deprived as well). My experience with the Walmart pharmacy in hermitage is great. The staff is always friendly & helpful. What I most appreciate is they keep the line moving, no extensive long lines.

I called to ask about what the prescriptions were for and the lady working said “well what did you go to the doctor for?” Then continued to be rude and handed off the phone to another rude lady that answered my questions then when i asked why every time I call and ask a question, i get different answers, she hung up in my face. Changing my pharmacy after this. I am genuinely scared of having people that act like they’re 15 in charge of my medicine.

Waste of time put in for refill and still haven't gotten it back yet , they say problem with script but yet they do not call people to let them know.

Today Quentin could barely help us because he was so distracted with scrolling through his phone. Asked if he could call the other Walmart to see if they had what we needed. He said I can give you the number for you to call. We decided to purchase what we did have and he immediately got right back on his phone.
