Dropped off 2 prescriptions at 5pm on Saturday. 3 techs and a pharmacist behind the counter. No one else was waiting. Patient demographics and insurance were already in their system. Waited over an hour in clear view of the staff on the chair in front of the pharmacy. I finally asked the tech if the scripts were ready. She came back with only one of two prescriptions. I’ve had to reach out to the Pharmacy department multiple times about my prescriptions and they have been able to make something that seems so complicated so easy!
