After waiting 4 days for Walgreens to get an urgent prescription and not having it after many calls and in person visits (because they don't answer the phone, they just put you on hold until you hang up), my doctor resent the prescription to Walmart and I had what I needed in about an hour. They were very helpful getting my account set up. They are very busy but well staffed and helpful people. Lesson learned, I will be using this pharmacy from now on.
I came here is April 2022 to get my COVID vaccine. The lady/technician that administered my vaccine was awful. She judged me because I took my vaccine late due to me being stuck in a foreign country that didn't offer them. She also yelled at me when I got up to sit in the chair to get my vaccine. I didn't know that it had to be sanitized before I sat there so she yelled saying "don't sit there! You have to wait until I sanitize it" I felt like a child getting shamed and punished. I always come here for my vaccination needs and the staff is always very fast, professional, and polite! Would recommend these guys any day. They usually have me in and out in a few minutes.
There are some good humans that work at this pharmacy, and Valerie is one of them. She is so gentle and patient and understanding. True empathy, which is rare to find. I have also had the same experience with Susie. A gentle approach is very much appreciated 🩷
